Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At No Pain Australia, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

2. Returns

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

       Unused and in the same condition as when received

       In the original packaging

       Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

       Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

       Items that have been worn or washed

       Items without original tags or packaging

       Items purchased during final sale promotions (unless faulty)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@nopainaustralia.com.au with:

       Your order number

       Reason for return

       Photos of the item (if damaged or faulty)

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without first receiving return authorisation.

4. Refunds

Approved Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances, including:

       Items not in original condition, or with minor damage

       Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at the details below.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@nopainaustralia.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

8. Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless the item is faulty. Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
