No Pain Australia is proud to offer reliable and affordable shipping across Australia and internationally. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and keep you updated throughout the delivery process.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. You will be notified of any significant delays.
3. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
• Free shipping on orders of 2+ pairs
• Flat rate shipping fee for single-pair orders (calculated at checkout)
Express Shipping
• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
• Additional fee applies (calculated at checkout)
• Available for most Australian postcodes
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.
• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination
• Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website or through the link provided in your email.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned, re-delivery fees may apply.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If the issue persists, contact us at support@nopainaustralia.com.au and we will investigate with the carrier.
No Pain Australia is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.
8. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
